1.1 Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after the order is placed and payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
1.2 Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your purchase. Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email with tracking information.
2. Shipping Rates and Methods
2.1 Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, shipping method, and the weight and dimensions of the items purchased. We offer the following shipping options:

- Express Shipping: 1 business day
- Standard International: 5-7 business days
2.2 Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the UK.
2.3 International Shipping: We offer international shipping at a flat rate of £14.99. Orders are delivered via our Standard International service, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 business days.
Please note: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which may vary by country.

3.1 Estimated Delivery: Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are based on the shipping method selected. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as postal delays or customs processing.

4.1 Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website where you can track your shipment.
4.2 Lost or Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbours or contact the carrier directly.

5.1 Address Accuracy: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or mis-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
